When the melodic strums of the ukulele meet the gentle Mediterranean breeze, a musical carnival that transcends mountains and seas comes alive in a charming Italian town.
The TODO Music team had the incredible honor of attending the 2026 Monopolele Ukulele Carnival (5th Edition), and being the main sponsor for creating and donating the limited Uke Waves Ukulele, immersing ourselves in five days of pure musical bliss—it was nothing short of a descent into paradise!
About Monopolele
Born in 2022 and rooted in the beautiful town of Monopoli, this event is the largest ukulele festival in Italy and one of the most influential ukulele activities in Europe. In 2025, it was awarded the title of "Best Festival" by Ukies, the global authority on ukulele awards. Every year, this grand gathering attracts players from around the world and injects vibrant energy into the town's culture and economy.

Here, the charm of the ukulele is amplified infinitely. Between the sea breeze, blue skies, and impromptu street performances, every melody and every smile made the journey utterly worthwhile.

✅ Grammy Legend Daniel Ho
A 6-time Grammy Award winner and 14-time nominee, as well as a 4-time Golden Melody Award winner in Taiwan, Daniel Ho is a great musical ambassador of contemporary Hawaii. Watching him play the TODO ukulele firsthand was truly a highlight that elevated the entire experience.
✅ Island Songstress Aunty Geri
A master of Hawaiian Hula dance and an island songstress, Aunty Geri led the crowd in vibrant island rhythms. After learning the story behind TODO Music and the ukulele, she personally wrote "I love you" in Hawaiian.
✅ Free-Spirited Artists
With free-flowing drum beats and soul-stirring melodies, two artists who met for the first time displayed incredible chemistry, completely impressing the audience. This is the purest charm of the ukulele.

TODO Music Goes Global | A Proud Moment
From our initial aspirations to our debut on the international stage, seeing TODO ukulele cases everywhere on the streets of this Italian town filled us with pride. Every encounter and every recognition is the driving force behind our journey.
We also launched a limited-edition ukulele designed in collaboration with the Monopolele team. The body features patterns designed by the Monopolele design team, manufactured by TODO Music, with all sales revenue donated to the festival's operation and development. Its bright tone and comfortable feel, compatible with various music styles, won the hearts of everyone at the scene.
This musical rendezvous across mountains and seas was not just a carnival, but also a testament to TODO Music taking the stage worldwide. In the future, we will continue to carry our passion and let the melody of the ukulele reach more corners of the globe.
