Can I change my shipping information after I place my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address or shipping method after you have placed an order.
The order is immediately forwarded to our delivery partner and can no longer be changed in our system.

Has my order been shipped?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email with a link/code to track your shipment.

How can I track my shipment?

You can usually find information about tracking in the shipping confirmation you received by email.

What do I do if I receive a different product than the one I ordered?

Germany, Spain, France and Italy.

How long does delivery take?

You will receive your order within 2-3 working days in Germany or 3-6 working days for all other countries, except in the event of unforeseen force majeure.

How long can I return the products?
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. The 14 days begin when the package has been delivered. Contact todomusicgroup@gmail.com to request a refund.

When we receive your return request, we will send you a confirmation email. We will refund the corresponding amount of the product to you according to your payment method within 14 days after receiving the return request. If you purchase multiple items in one order and pay for shipping, but only return one or more of the items, we will refund the corresponding shipping charges based on the weight of the items. Please mail the returned goods to us as soon as possible and within 14 days of submitting your return application to the address we provided. 

We reserve the right to collect costs for missing accessories or parts of the product via the payment method used. After receiving the item, we will evaluate the condition of the item. If the product is found to be damaged beyond normal inspection, you will be responsible for the cost of depreciation of the product. Further information can be found in the general terms and conditions.
